First, I have to tell you that your colors are beautiful, very ethereal and soft. The communicate the lantern-lit/moon-lit atmosphere perfectly.
The patterns on her kimono are intricate and fascinating and you did a very good job of shading them and considering the light source.
My critique of the image mostly lies in the area of anatomy. Her hands are vaguely shaded compared to the rest of the image.
The hand that is lifted up (her left), her thumb is too high up considering the placement of her fingers. The thumb is placed roughly halfway up the palm and I think you were trying to show that her hand was bent away from the observer, just didn't shade it dark enough for the foreshortening to be apparent.
The hand holding the lantern (her right) is mostly alright, particularly the pinky, except that the lantern handle is sitting at an angle that leads me to believe it isn't actually in her hand. This could be corrected by lowering the lantern and drawing the handle at an angle instead of straight on.
You did a lovely job and this is quite an enjoyable piece just to sit and look at I'll admit it took me a bit to locate things to critique with all of the colors and of course the engaging atmosphere of the image.
